Job Overview

As part of our ambitious business expansion,we are seeking a talented Marketing & Promotion Manager to lead ourmarketing campaigns and propel the business to new heights. The ideal candidateshould have experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing promotions,backed by post-campaign analysis. He/she should be a results-driven team playerwith extensive hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing, capable ofdriving sales-focused campaigns while prioritizing customer-centric strategies.

Job Description:

  • Lead and execute promotional campaigns across various areas such as F&B, health packages, rooms, and events to enhance sales and boost brand visibility.
  • Manage the tracking and creative distribution of the hotel’s updates and promotional content through diverse digital and offline channels, including the website, social media, and CRM platforms.
  • Foster relationships with business partners and OTA platforms to drive collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate innovative marketing and creative ideas to elevate brand exposure, drive business growth, increase traffic, and ultimately boost revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house design team and external agencies to ensure effective marketing messages and visual consistency for brand maintenance.
  • Analyze global resort market trends, customer behavior, and brand-building opportunities to shape informed marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 solid years of marketing and communication experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. More experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles.
  • Proven track record in developing, executing, and managing successful integrated marketing initiatives. Knowledge of online advertising is a plus.
  • Mature, self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, a positive work attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Zhuhai, China, and other countries.
