Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting IT infrastructure i.e. computer hardware, application software & configurations for the group.
- Monitoring security & stability of network infrastructure including end-user computing performance.
- Implementing IT security policies in order to protect data & perform successful routine backups.
- Maintaining inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentation.
- Providing IT support on ad hoc projects as required by the company.
- Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling of website.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience as IT deskside support & web development.
- Sound knowledge on hardware / software installation & operation.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation processes.
- Good command of both written & verbal English & Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility, time management & ability to work independently.
The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
