Due to ambitious business expansion, we are looking for Graduate/Manager Trainees, Hotel Marketing & Sales, who will be a part of the international growing team. The ideal candidate should show passion in strategy planning and implementation. He/she should be a result-oriented team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
Job Descriptions
- Direct report to Marketing Director and assist in overall strategic planning and comprehensive multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns.
- Support the team to implement marketing campaigns and sales pitching to ultimately drive the property’s revenue.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential business partners, including but not limited to OTAs, to expand market reach.
- Perform competitive market analysis and research on the latest wellness technologies and paradigms to provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Execute ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned to push forward business.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of marketing and sales-related experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with business senses and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-driven multitaskers who are able to work under pressure and pay attention to details.
- Outgoing with great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work trips to Zhuhai, China, and other countries may be required occasionally.
